For the first question, I should look into SGH's mission and values and their pharmacy department to explain why I like them. For strengths and weaknesses, I should talk about skills good for the job like attention to detail and organization, and be honest about weaknesses but frame them as things I'm working on. For stressful situations, I need to give examples of how I've managed pressure and stayed focused.
