I applied through MCF then I was invited to apply thru their portal. The process consist of: online assessment - onsite technical interview (3 rounds back to back) - hr interview. The process is quick, around one week between each round. After going through all stages and even spent a half day to attend their onsite interview, at final HR round, they say that can't meet expected salary, well is only 10% above my current salary which I clearly indicate in the application form. They didnt care to check and consider this factor before initiating the whole process, which is a waster of time for both side!
