My interview process took place over two days. On the first day, I had to write about sales for 350 words. Then, I had two interviews, one with HR and another with a Manager. Unfortunately, the person scheduled for my final interview had an accident, so I had to reschedule for another day. On the second day, I had two more interviews, this time directly with the Manager and then the Director. The second day's interviews were definitely harder than the first day's.

The whole thing took about 1½ hours and had 3 rounds. The first was with HR, asking about my reasons for leaving Byju's, my interest in sales, and why I wasn't considering Edureka. Then a round with the Associate Business Manager who wanted to know why they should hire me, my transition from a technical to a non-technical role, and my career aspirations for the next couple of years. Finally, the Manager round involved a quick resume review and then questions about my passions, family (specifically my parents and brother's occupations), hobbies, interests, and a request to sell them a product from the room.

Right after I arrived, the interview started, which was a big plus. However, the first round wasn't great because the interviewer implied my salary expectations were too high, even though I was asking for the same as my previous job. I have over a year of sales experience. This felt insulting and showed me a potential glimpse of the company's culture. Despite this, my profile moved to the second and final round. Again, things were going well until they offered me a lower salary (around 4L) and expected me to work Sundays sometimes. I agreed to work Saturdays only if I didn't meet my target and Sundays only for emergency business calls, and I said I could stay late daily if needed. Later, I found out from a friend that no one actually works on Sundays and Saturdays are mostly for catching up on work or unmet targets, which aligns with what I agreed to. However, they rejected me citing 'time constraints', but I suspect it was about the salary. I still think the company's work structure is good, but I'm unsure about the work culture. Good luck to future candidates.
