I went through three rounds. One interview was with a Director who ran a case study with me. The other two interviews were with Partners. Those were less structured, they started with an intro, asked me about myself, and then we just had a conversation with questions.

Behavioral Technical

The interview wasn't super hard, but they did ask some weird, repeated questions. The EA asked a pretty basic question: "explain a difficulty u faced and how you fixed it?" It totally threw me because I haven't been asked that since I was 21.

Behavioral

The initial phone interviews were a bit challenging due to the interviewee repeatedly postponing the scheduled calls. Eventually, I was invited for an in-office interview, which was quite interesting, although it felt like they were trying to conceal something. Despite the circumstances, I did receive an offer, but it was for a position below what I applied for, with the promise of a 'fast track' to a manager role. Reading 'Fast Track' during my senior year of college brought back some memories.
