Started with HR who seemed to be going through a script to check basic qualifications. Then had a pricing case with the hiring manager, which went okay but was stressful. The final round was a long 3-hour session with senior management, with interviews back-to-back. One manager was rude, reading emails and not allowing questions. Another was late and left early. A third interviewer canceled twice. They said it was more of a conversation and soft skills were key, but the interviews didn't feel that way. I didn't get the job, and they reposted it soon after. It felt like they didn't have a solid way to evaluate candidates.

Behavioral Technical Case

I went through the hiring process twice. The second time, I got some useful feedback which was nice. But, it seemed like they really cared about where you went to school, only from a few places, which I thought was a bit strange considering how many talented people there are everywhere. They were professional and polite during the process, but I think they could do more to be diverse, not just say it. They should actually consider different international experiences and where people studied. Having a more open approach would make the team better and show that they understand the world is diverse.

First, my resume got shortlisted. Then, I had a 25-minute Quant test. After that, I had my first round of interviews with two Managers/Senior Managers from the office. The focus was on Communication, Clarity, and Confidence. The case was straightforward, and the interviewers were helpful. The second round was with an Associate Partner. It started with rapid-fire questions for the first 20 minutes, followed by a tricky case with obscure quant. I tried it with 10 other candidates, and no one could solve it. I got bombed.
