I've had several interviews since January 2023 with this company for different roles, but I've been passed on. Their TA or Recruitment is really bad, they need to fix their recruitment process. It's been radio silent since they contacted me and promised things but nothing has come back. Like seriously, I've moved on and then they contact you for different roles only to be gaslighted.

The interview process starts with a personality test which then serves as a starting point for discussion during the HR interview. For example, the interviewer might say, 'I see you describe yourself as more logical than passionate. Tell me more.' The department manager may also join the HR interview. Next, you'll be asked to give a presentation on a topic you choose, possibly in front of 8-12 managers and future colleagues. My advice: pick something from your past job that you're very knowledgeable about. You might be asked questions during and after your presentation. If you don't know an answer, it's okay to say so, as SimCorp values honesty. There will likely be at least one expert in the room regarding your presentation topic.

The interview process was very friendly. They assessed my specific analytical skills along with my ability to build relationships and consult. After that, there were several tests and another interview with the Country Manager of SimCorp. The last part involved a presentation to the managers about developing a market strategy for SimCorp based on provided data. The sophistication of the strategy was a key performance indicator.
