The interview process was very smooth and low-key. The employer was professional and honest, with quick response times and flexibility for scheduling interviews. The recruiter in the UK was very nice and easy to reach.

The interview process included a phone call, an initial recruiter interview, and a hiring manager interview. The first two stages were good. However, the final interview for the risk management team was bad. I was prepared for technical questions but they only asked 'tell me about yourself'. I received a rejection a week later without feedback. Later, a reason was provided.
