The interview process had 4 stages and took quite a while. First, there was an HR/Director call to get to know you and ask about your past work and projects. Then, a Skype f2f interview where we discussed data structure topics. After that, a 45-minute Testdemo test. Finally, a 3-hour interview with architects and the director.

HR reached out, which was unexpected since I didn't recall applying. The process moved quickly, leading to a phone interview. The questions focused on SQL, Java, and JavaScript. I wasn't familiar with the fundamental concepts, so I wasn't surprised by the lack of follow-up. Despite the outcome, it was a decent experience.

I applied via a recruitment company and the entire process wrapped up in a week. First, I had a technical face-to-face interview in Brisbane with a software architect that lasted about an hour and a half. Then, I completed a technical test over two days. Following that, I had another face-to-face interview, this time with an HR representative, which took around half an hour. Next, I had a Skype interview with the Vice President of Engineering based in Boston where he asked about my previous work history. The final stage was a technical Skype interview lasting approximately 45 minutes. Sadly, I didn't make it past this last step. Everyone I spoke with was really nice and the questions seemed fair. It was a pretty interesting experience overall.
