The interview process was pretty standard. But I did some digging myself and talked to a few ex-Silverrail engineers on LinkedIn. They all said pretty much the same things, especially about one of the Italian architects and the tech leads in London. They mentioned a work environment that was a lot about micromanagement, bullying, and people acting like they were all-powerful. I'd really suggest reaching out to them yourself to get the real, honest feedback.

It was a pretty straightforward interview process, with three main parts. No case studies or anything like that, just a chat with HR, then the director, and finally an engineer. They kept me in the loop at every step. The interviews were generally easy-going until the very last one.

This was a really bad interview experience. The HR recruiter seemed unprepared, just reading from a screen. The hiring manager was impolite, which made me think the work environment might be toxic. I declined their offer and wouldn't suggest applying if you're looking for a good workplace.

I applied via a recruitment company and the entire process wrapped up in a week. First, I had a technical face-to-face interview in Brisbane with a software architect that lasted about an hour and a half. Then, I completed a technical test over two days. Following that, I had another face-to-face interview, this time with an HR representative, which took around half an hour. Next, I had a Skype interview with the Vice President of Engineering based in Boston where he asked about my previous work history. The final stage was a technical Skype interview lasting approximately 45 minutes. Sadly, I didn't make it past this last step. Everyone I spoke with was really nice and the questions seemed fair. It was a pretty interesting experience overall.
