So I had an interview for the IT Recruiter role. I wasn't selected in the end, which was a bit of a bummer, but I actually liked how they ran things. First off, I wasn't left waiting for ages, like, less than half an hour. There were supposed to be two rounds: a Technical one and a Management one. In my case, the management team was swamped, so my telephonic round ended up happening about two days later.

The interview process had five parts. It started with an Assessment Test for basic skills and technical knowledge. Next, the HR Round asked about my background and why I was interested in the company. Then, the Technical Round checked my understanding of the subject and my project experience. After that, we had a Group Discussion (GD) Round to see how well I communicate and work in a team. Lastly, the Managerial Round (MR Round) had scenario and behavioral questions to check my decision-making.
