HR Trainee
There's a 2-year agreement, you get paid 11k for the first 4 months and 21k from the 5th month. You can get the 40k back after the 2-year agreement. They'll ask you to sign an affidavit in the MR round. No need to bring a resume copy as they'll have it ready with a details form. It involves an aptitude test (written, 30 mins), a technical round, an HR round, a discussion round, and an MR round.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Tell us about your family background.
- Are you more technical or non-technical? (Since this is a non-technical job, say non-technical)
IT Recruitment Trainee
The interview had 3 rounds. It started with a written technical test, followed by a round testing knowledge of programming languages, and ended with a personal information discussion with HR. All three rounds were completed by all candidates, without any specific stages.
- Could you name any three programming languages you are familiar with?
- Which cloud computing platforms have you worked with or know about?
Credit Risk Analyst
This person on LinkedIn connected about an urgent job opening. They asked a lot of questions but never sent the job description even when I asked politely multiple times. When I didn't reply in 2 minutes on a Saturday, they sent a bunch of question marks as if I was wasting their time. They only gave me 4 keywords about the role and expected me to resign and sign with them immediately or something. Is this how HR works?

IT Recruiter
So I had an interview for the IT Recruiter role. I wasn't selected in the end, which was a bit of a bummer, but I actually liked how they ran things. First off, I wasn't left waiting for ages, like, less than half an hour. There were supposed to be two rounds: a Technical one and a Management one. In my case, the management team was swamped, so my telephonic round ended up happening about two days later.
- Can you tell me more about your CV?
- Could you elaborate on your CV details?
- Regarding your CV, can you provide more information?
