First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Silver Cross Hospital.
Registered Nurse
I applied online and then a recruiter from HR hit me up within 2 days. Within a week, I had my in-person interview. I sat down with the unit manager and they asked me about my nursing background, what I'm good at, and what I want to get better at. We also went over my resume and talked about what I want from the job and what they want from me.
- What do you seek in this role?
Registered Nurse

- She asked me a critical thinking question while she was nodding off.
