I interviewed with two leaders, an educator and a manager. It was a bit strange because they immediately asked me if I was interested in two other jobs that were about to be released, rather than focusing on the one I applied for.

I applied online and then a recruiter from HR hit me up within 2 days. Within a week, I had my in-person interview. I sat down with the unit manager and they asked me about my nursing background, what I'm good at, and what I want to get better at. We also went over my resume and talked about what I want from the job and what they want from me.

Met with the department manager, who talked about the role and what the department does. They asked about my previous experience and some other things. I got to ask questions at the end. It was a pretty standard interview to see if I was interested and qualified.
