It was a super short interview, just a 15-minute phone call with an HR recruiter, and that was it. They started by giving me this long pitch about how the job is basically just cold-calling a ton of people. Then they asked me a couple of standard questions, like why I wanted the job and if I was comfortable on the phone. I played along, and they said they'd call me back in a few days. I waited, then emailed them, and two weeks later, still nothing. Seriously, don't trust HR here, they're a mess and don't respect your time. I should have just left sooner but I gave them a chance, big mistake.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I had a phone interview and a one on one with the Signpost Recruiter, Alex. Then I worked through a "real life" scenario and met with the head of sales. Alex was incredibly thorough with his interview questions and showed a real passion for finding potential employees that fit the delicate balance of team work, intrinsic motivation, and a drive for personal and company success. Alex was not only trying to see if I could be an asset to Signpost, but also if Signpost was going to be a good fit for me, and a place that I would thrive. After meeting the rest of the Signpost Sales Team, I realized that, while all vastly different, Alex had identified qualities in each employee that made them not only mesh well as a team, but achieve individual success through sales goals. Alex made the process as smooth as possible.

I talked to the sales manager and trainer. It was about an hour, and we chatted about my resume, my past experiences, and what helped me do well in my jobs.
