The interview process was incredible. Alex was on top of her game, quick responses and follow ups, extremely helpful answering questions, and I always knew the next steps with in an hour after each interview. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. There were 3 steps, a phone screening and 2 in person visits. Every person I spoke with demonstrated passion regarding the company and the position. While waiting for my interviews after arriving early, multiple employees introduced themselves to me and made me feel truly welcome. Over all it was an amazing experience, the company just wasn't the perfect fit.

I found the job on Indeed.com and the recruiter reached out the very next day for a phone interview. The phone interview was mostly about my previous job responsibilities and my career aspirations for this role, plus what I could bring to the company. The following week, I had an in-person interview at their office where I got to shadow some Sales Executives for about 10-15 minutes before sitting down for a one-on-one interview.

I had a phone interview with a company recruiter where we talked about me and the role. Then I had to do a short online assessment. The recruiter said they would call me back in a day or two, either way. A few days later, I followed up, but still no response. I called again this morning, 9 days after the initial call, and left a voicemail. A few minutes after that, I got an email saying they weren't moving forward. I guess I was too qualified for the job.
