The director reached out to me for an interview. I went in the following week to meet with the director and manager at the same time. It was more of a conversation than a Q&A. They asked a few things, like explaining my past roles, but no 'character' questions. The interview was an hour long. I was informed that interviews would continue for the rest of that week and the week of Thanksgiving, and that the top 2 candidates would be brought back to interview with the VP of procurement. I got a callback for a second interview with the VP. This interview was similar to the first, mostly a discussion without many questions, just asking about my background. I was told they'd be in touch. I called on the 5th day and left a message for the director but heard nothing. Three days later, I called the manager. She didn't say if I was still being considered or if the process was over, but said she'd check with the VP and email me. It's been a week since then and I'm still waiting for that email. I handle rejection well and just wanted to know where they were in the process and if they intended to inform me. Guessing feedback was too much to ask from a company rated so highly.

They first asked about my availability for a phone screen, but then skipped that and I went straight to a virtual panel interview. It was a pretty standard interview and went fairly well, I thought. There were 5 people on the panel and each person seemed interested and invested in the conversation. I was mostly disappointed about the lack of follow up from HR. They said it would be about 2 weeks and I’d hear back from them either way but no one ever reached out to me. Based on the further lack of response after emailing to ask if a decision had been made, I think it’s safe to say there’s no job offer waiting for me. It’s disappointing to see this kind of disregard for applicants.

Applied via LinkedIn, went through multiple team interviews, with amazing HR/talent acquisition support. Questions often asked for examples of when, and were culture-focused, with amazing communication throughout. There were 5 interviews in total: a first phone screening, a meeting with the director, the VP, other directors for a culture check, and someone from a team I’d be working closely with.
