It was an easy interview process. It felt like they had already decided to hire me before the interview. I had 2 interviews with store managers and then took the offer. Everyone in the store I started at was older than me and had been there a long time. It took a bit for them to warm up to me, but they are great people and I enjoyed working there.

I had a brief virtual video chat with the local district manager and the region vice president. It felt pretty basic and not very insightful, just a lot of generic talk. Despite that, they decided to proceed with my application, given my extensive background.

The interview process began with the recruitment agent emailing to schedule the interview. The whole process felt very relaxed and comfortable. They don't use the STAR format, so it's more about the individual. They ask competency-based questions, which is different from other retailers.
