I researched online and saw Signature does door-to-door sales, so I called ahead to confirm the marketing rep job wasn't sales. The person on the phone assured me multiple times it wasn't sales, apologizing for confusion and bad reviews. During the interview, I met someone new who rushed through it. He asked about leadership and my start date, then brought up 3 sales roles (cold calling/door-to-door) and briefly mentioned an inside marketing role (social media/digital). I'm upset the phone rep lied and that sales jobs were discussed after I was told it wasn't sales. Total waste of time.

I had my interview this morning. The lobby was really nice and the front desk staff were very friendly, offering me water which was great because I was nervous. About 6-7 minutes later, a hiring director came out, introduced himself, and took me to his office. We talked for about 20 minutes. He mentioned he was interviewing other candidates over the next few days and would call me tonight or tomorrow if he wanted to move forward. I haven't heard back yet, but I'm hopeful he'll call tonight.

They started with a quick phone screening where they asked about my interest in the company and my sales experience, particularly door-to-door. After that, I went to their office for an in-person interview. They explained the company's structure and how the role works. While the job listing made it seem sports-related, the interview focused on their work with Verizon and their goal of helping employees lead their own branches. I was moved to the next step the same day, which felt misleading given the job description.
