The interview process had a few stages. The first call was super short, they just asked for my name and a quick rundown of my past experience, then they wanted to set up a second interview. In the next one, they talked about the position, but they didn't share enough for me to realize it was basically door-to-door sales. I found that out at the very end of the third call. The job title makes it sound like you'd actually be in marketing, not selling clean energy. Honestly, even after all three interviews, I was still fuzzy on what this company actually does.

It was a 3 step interview process. The first interview was about 30 minutes. The second and third interviews were combined and took over 2 hours. It involved door-to-door sales and discussing the pay structure, which seemed potentially unrealistic.

I interviewed with them on Monday, met the Manager for about 30 minutes. They selected me for a second interview the next day, and I spent an hour with a Marketing Associate. We talked about the Management Training Program and the client accounts I would be working on. He was very thorough and covered compensation, corporate structure, background, hours, travel, and events. We discussed my goals for the next 60-90 days and what I hope to bring to their team. I really liked the second interview, they seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. I was happy they offered me the job.
