It was super easy and quick. They first reached out via email and left a voicemail. Since I didn't get back to them, they tried reaching out two more times. The interview process had two parts. The first part involved coming to Cherry Hill to discuss the job. They asked me some questions there. If I did well, I'd move to the second interview. In the second interview, I got to shadow someone doing their job, and then I had a final interview.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process involved two rounds. They explained their marketing process, which is essentially direct, door-to-door sales. The job levels are entry-level, account manager, assistant manager, and manager, with a claim of reaching management within a year. Ironically, the interviewer for the second round, who was in an account management role, had been there for a year. The job is still basically door-to-door sales and there's no base salary. The second round interview was also quite long, lasting two hours.

I had a phone interview, then I met with the manager, and then I had a day of observation of the company and what I would be doing on a daily basis. They were very open and inviting and let me in. I learned about them as they did about me. I was very impressed.
