I got a call about my application pretty quick, within a day or two. I chatted with an HR recruiter who was super nice and told me a lot about the company, plus she answered my questions. I then scheduled an in-person interview with the hiring director for the very next day. We talked for about an hour, and he was really direct, going into more detail about the job and the company, even walking me through what a typical day looks like. I really liked how open and welcoming the company seemed. Overall, it was a good experience.

I applied because the job seemed interesting and the pay was decent ($45-52k). They called me in right away and said it was a 3-step process. I was in the first stage and when I asked more details about the job, they told me that was for the second round and the first was just a quick check to see if my resume was legit. It felt like a waste of time and after reading other reviews, I'm glad I didn't get called back since it's a sales job, not CSR.

The interview was pretty straightforward, starting with a phone call and then an in-person meeting. What I didn't like was that they weren't upfront on the phone about what the job actually was, just that it was customer service. This wasted my time. When I found out it was door-to-door sales, I declined immediately. I was unhappy because they should have mentioned that on the phone to save me gas and time.
