I spoke with a Manager who was really down-to-earth and seemed genuinely interested in my answers. The questions weren't super job-specific, more like a casual chat. The next day, I was invited back. We were paired with an employee and taken for a drive around the area to discuss our backgrounds and what we knew about the role. They gave us a sense of what a typical day might be like. However, they seemed to have a strategy of bad-mouthing my current/previous job to make theirs seem more appealing. The interviewer repeatedly asked about my current salary, called me crazy for not joining them sooner, which was a major turn-off, and ultimately I declined the offer.

What really intrigued me about the company was their administrative staff. Especially when looking for a position it is frustrating because I get calls from several different marketing and sales positions who don't ever bother to get to know me over the phone. Signature was different. The admin got to know me asked me questions about my previous employment & my hobbies. Once I walked in I was greeted by another young lady who offered me water and sat me in the lobby which seemed like a pleasant environment. Overall the whole the interview process was smooth.
