Customer Service Representative
So I applied online and an HR rep called me a few days later. She did a quick phone interview, just basic stuff to see if I was a good fit for a face-to-face. I passed that and then had to take a personality test. A bit later, I got scheduled for the in-person interview the very next day. It was pretty formal, a group panel with 3 operations managers. They had a list of questions and some of their own. Most questions were STAR format, but they also asked about my flexibility with job conditions and some blunt questions that made me think about how employers see my resume. I asked them some questions at the end and they said they'd let me know in a few days if I got the job. I didn't get it in the end, which I kinda expected since I was tired and nervous, but it was a good learning experience.

Customer Service Representative
I had a great conversation with the Managers. They asked me some direct questions but gave me time to think about my answers. It felt formal yet pretty relaxed. The interview lasted about an hour. We seemed to both really get and value the customer service part of the role, and they liked my aviation background. They wanted to know if I understood that the job I applied for would only be open for a certain time, and if I was ready to move into that position if they offered it to me. They also made sure I knew I'd have to work different shifts, which is fine with me.
- Would you be open to relocating for the job?
- Are you prepared to accept the role if it is offered?
- Are you able to work different shifts?
Customer Service Representative
First, you have to chat with a corporate recruiter. After that, someone from the specific base you're applying to will call you. Then, you'll go in for an interview with one or two managers where they'll ask personal questions, questions about your work history, ethics questions, do a basic reasoning test, and a sight and math assessment. They'll schedule another interview after that, and if they want to hire you, they'll offer you the job after this last one.
- Regarding aviation, why do you want to work in this industry?
