I applied at the start of the month and got a call from a recruiter within a week. It was fine, they asked about my salary expectations and when I gave them my number, they asked if I would be willing to go down. I said I'd need to see the full benefits package first. About a week after that, I heard from another recruiter to set up a call with the hiring manager. It was a great conversation. She mentioned she wished I had more field experience, and even though I'm a PM who does a lot of the front-end work and am still involved, it felt like a smaller role in construction. As a high performer, that was tough to hear because I know I'm capable, I just haven't had the next place offer me that opportunity. I was really excited and looking for my next step, and Signature seemed promising. Then I heard back that they were moving on with someone else. I checked their website and they reposted the entire job that same day. If I wasn't a good fit, I understand, but I just wish they'd been more transparent, especially since I knew I was signing up for a demanding task (75% travel) that not everyone is cut out for. I wish Signature all the best, it's a shame it didn't work out for me, but I wanted to leave a review since I prepped for my interview and didn't find reviews about the corporate side, mostly about the ramp-level people.

This was one of the best interview experiences I’ve ever had. The recruiter started out by sending an incredibly detailed message with all the details I’d need to know - steps to the interview process, goal start date, salary range, high-level benefits info, and more. After scheduling a phone screen, things continued to be efficient. With each step, the recruiter would share how long next steps would take, and how many candidates were still in the running. She even sent a message checking in when she didn’t have an update yet to let me know things were still moving. On top of the wonderful recruiter, the team members I met with were all great. Positive, smart, happy to be at Signature. They left such a great impression and I was so impressed with every person I had the pleasure of meeting. Signature Aviation truly seems like a great place to work.

I had a phone interview first. They asked my name and if I was 18. Then they asked some straightforward questions about my past experience, problem-solving skills, and availability. At the end, they mentioned that the next step would be an in-person interview.

So I applied online and an HR rep called me a few days later. She did a quick phone interview, just basic stuff to see if I was a good fit for a face-to-face. I passed that and then had to take a personality test. A bit later, I got scheduled for the in-person interview the very next day. It was pretty formal, a group panel with 3 operations managers. They had a list of questions and some of their own. Most questions were STAR format, but they also asked about my flexibility with job conditions and some blunt questions that made me think about how employers see my resume. I asked them some questions at the end and they said they'd let me know in a few days if I got the job. I didn't get it in the end, which I kinda expected since I was tired and nervous, but it was a good learning experience.
