After applying, I got an email asking me to record a video answering some questions. After sending that in, I had a casual chat with an HR person about my career aspirations and past experiences. Unfortunately, I didn't move forward after that.

The interview process was quite brief and felt informal. It wasn't held in a private setting but rather in a shared, open area. I was asked about my past experiences and my understanding of the role. The interviewer came across as somewhat impolite, mentioning that even if I were to get the position, it would only be for training purposes and wouldn't lead to a permanent hire. The questions themselves were straightforward, but the response time was lengthy, and by the time they got back to me, I had already accepted another job offer.

The application asked some short answer questions about how I work and if I connect with the company's work and values. There was also a chance to be creative or tell a story with a "one page" submission. The interviews were more about seeing my personality and if I was authentic, and also about learning more about the role.
