So I applied and then I got asked to set up a phone call with the Intern Coordinator. That call happened and then I had to do a timed writing test where I had to summarize a part of a Congressional hearing. After that, a few days later, they offered me the job.

The interview process was not too long. The employees were friendly and engaged in conversation, making it a positive experience! I really enjoyed being able to speak with them. Super sweet

There were two interviews: one group interview and another with a senior staff member. The application process was responsive and warm. You usually hear back in a few days.
