It was a really pleasant interview experience! They were super friendly and asked pretty standard questions. The main goal seemed to be getting to know me better, and they're really open to candidates with less experience. They made me feel totally at ease. The questions were mainly focused on my resume.

Applied online, got a response quickly. Then had an interview with 4 managers all at once, which felt intense. For a month, I kept checking on my status, and was told twice about delays. Then, out of nowhere, I got an email about scheduling the next round. Two weeks after that, I was informed the company was reconsidering and wouldn't be hiring anyone. So, after over 2 months of prep and a lot of back and forth, it ended up being for nothing.

So, I had an initial chat with the hiring manager. They mentioned I'd have another round with a different leader. But then, nothing for months. I followed up a few times, but only got a generic rejection email almost four months later saying the job was filled. It was pretty surprising, especially for a company that talks about relationships and reputation, to be treated this way.

So I applied and then I got asked to set up a phone call with the Intern Coordinator. That call happened and then I had to do a timed writing test where I had to summarize a part of a Congressional hearing. After that, a few days later, they offered me the job.
