Had a quick chat with HR first, then went through 3 separate 45min meetings with senior engineers over a week. All seemed to go okay and they gave me the thumbs up. But then, it went totally quiet for three weeks. I called the HR person and they said they weren't hiring for the role anymore. Total waste of my time and the engineers' time. I heard from an insider that this happens a lot.

The interview started with questions about my previous work experience, followed by technical inquiries covering topics like metallurgy, FEA, and mechanical design.
