The interview process at Siemens usually starts with submitting an application online and then they screen your resume. After that, there are phone and technical interviews, and they might also do behavioral assessments and case studies if it makes sense for the role. Sometimes, it ends with on-site or final interviews, and they might check your references before making a job offer.
