First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Siemens Mobility.
Software Engineer
I was first contacted by Randstad via LinkedIn, and then had an initial HR call with them. After that, I had another HR call, this time with Siemens Mobility. Following that, there were two technical interviews. The first was with team leads based in Portugal, where I verbally explained my technical knowledge. The second technical interview was with managers based in Germany, and again, I explained my knowledge verbally.

Software Engineer
It was a good interview. They dug deep into the basics. They also asked about OS internals. They inquired about past projects I've worked on. Also asked about design and development.

Software Engineer
I have a lot of experience. The interviewer was really rude and said I seemed to lack a foundation and it was difficult to understand me. He seemed annoyed and unhappy with his job. He gave me a basic, older-style project: a web app that functioned as a photo slider. I ended up learning AWS and deploying the web app over the weekend to submit it. I never heard back from the interviewer.
- Can you tell me about your work history?
