Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Siemens Mobility.
Project Controller
The interview was online and moved quickly, finishing in under 40 minutes. I got the interview offer over the phone while I was still a 3rd year associate at PwC. It was a panel interview with HR, two other people (User 1 and User 2), and the Head of the Department. They didn't ask any technical questions, just basic stuff about my recent experiences.
- Can you tell me what you know about project management?
Project Manager
So far, it's only been about answering some written questions, which were very clear about how they wanted them answered. It was a very simple and totally remote process. Right now, I've been called for a remote interview, which I haven't done yet!
- Do you have all the documentation to apply for a job in Spain?
Project Manager
It was a very straightforward process and a relaxed day overall. There were two interviewers, both of whom asked questions. It was very conversational, with typical STAR type questions throughout the interview session.
- Tell me about a time you had to overcome difficulties.
