They reached out to me about this role and scheduled the interview. Afterwards I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks so I reached out to ask for an update, they said they are still interviewing other candidates and would get back to me. Then they completely ghosted me, I never heard back. I would have at least appreciated some feedback or an update of what happened, considering i took the time to apply and interview with them.

The interview had two main parts. First, an HR phone screen. Then, a face-to-face meeting with the business development manager, followed by another chat with HR. HR asked about my experience, why I wanted the job, my career plans, and teamwork. The manager explained what he expected from the role and gave a good look at the job and the team. Overall, it was a good experience. Both HR and the manager were nice and professional.

This was a very poor interview process from start to finish. I don't think they really intended to hire anyone. I would suggest considering the following improvements to enhance the interview process: Implementing a more streamlined and efficient process with fewer interview rounds and clearer communication. Providing candidates with a timeline and regular updates on their status in the process. Ensuring that interviewers are adequately trained and prepared to conduct structured interviews that focus on relevant skills and experiences. Establishing a feedback loop to provide candidates with timely and constructive feedback following interviews. I would advise others to consider this before applying, as it may result in wasted time and effort.
