Customer Success Operations Manager
The process started well, I applied for a role that fit my profile perfectly and was quickly contacted by the Talent Acquisition Manager. The interview went smoothly, with a good mutual understanding of the job's challenges, expectations, and next steps. A small downside: the interview was entirely in English, which wasn't announced beforehand. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but it should have been mentioned. The recruiter outlined a clear three-step process: an interview with the Europe manager, a second with the Americas zone, and a final presentation of an action plan. I sent a thank-you email, then followed up a month later, but never got a response. The position seems to have been removed from the careers site, but no information was shared. The recruiter was courteous during the interview.

Project Manager
It was a 3-stage process, all done online via MS Teams. First, I had an initial screening with the company recruiter. Then, I interviewed with the Hiring Manager. Finally, I had a third interview with the VP and Hiring Manager, which included a role-play of a project kickoff meeting where they acted as the attendees.

Data Engineer
I want to share my interview experience at Sidetrade for a Data Engineer position. Unfortunately, after several interviews and a lot of time invested, I wasn't selected, and I'm a bit disappointed with some parts of it. It started with an HR chat, then another meeting with technical engineers from the team where I got asked many tech questions. After that, I took a technical test lasting about 2 hours, mostly about algorithms and Python programming, where I did well. Then, I was approved for another online technical interview for about 1 hour, where I answered several programming questions. Even though I answered them, I eventually got a negative response. The best part of the experience was how the team tried to explain concepts and correct mistakes with clear explanations. This gave me a good impression of the company culture and the tech team. I'd really like to work in such a nice and collaborative environment. However, I was disappointed not to get detailed feedback on areas where I could improve, even though I asked for it. Receiving constructive feedback would have helped me better understand my shortcomings and progress. In summary, I liked some aspects of the interview, especially the team's teaching approach, but I was left wanting more due to the lack of follow-up or feedback after I was rejected. I hope this kind of feedback can help other candidates prepare better and improve in the future.

Senior Software Engineer
Started with a recruiter chat, then some pre-interview screening questions. After that, I had two 1-hour interviews with lead/principal devs. The final interview was with a lead dev and the VP of Engineering. The recruiter said the salary was fine and everything seemed to be going well, I even got a hint that an offer was coming. But then, after chasing them for a week, they said they didn't have the budget anymore. It's a bummer it took so long and so many interviews to find this out.
