Sales Development Representative
The entire interview process is conducted virtually via 30-minute Zoom calls. It starts with an initial chat with Talent Acquisition. Then, you'll have an interview with a senior sales manager. If the sales manager is impressed, you'll be set up for a virtual on-site interview with four current team members you might work with. Everyone is super friendly and great at explaining the job and answering any questions about the company or the role.
- Can you list your top 3 priorities at the moment?
- Describe your methods for staying organized.
Sales Development Representative
My interview process took a while because of some unexpected things, but the recruiters, Jolene and Caitlin, always kept me in the loop! They were super nice and supportive the whole time, which made me feel more confident even though starting a new job search can be a bit scary. The panel interview was detailed and informative, and overall, they asked questions that helped me show I could do the job. I'm really looking forward to joining Side!
- What is your motivation for joining Side's team?
Sales Development Representative
It started with a recruiter phone call, just asking a few basic screening questions, nothing difficult. Then, about a week later, I had a 25-minute interview with a manager. After that, I was ghosted; the recruiter didn't respond to my emails or calls about the next steps.
- What is the total number of outbound calls you have made?
