Avoid this company at all costs if you don't want to be exploited by management and recruiters. They put my family and me through a lot of pain when they didn't follow through with a job offer. The management and CEO ignored my attempts to sort out miscommunications. They refused to address the issues arising from the contract loss, leaving me unemployed and unable to support my family due to this company's actions. They frequently reject qualified candidates based on prejudice without any way to appeal, especially if you've applied before. They'll mislead you by saying a job offer is approved and will be sent soon. Months later, you'll be told the position no longer exists. When you try to get answers from recruiting about their decisions, they won't respond to your emails or calls. Learn from my experience and don't waste your time!

The interview process was quick, easy, and respectful. The people I met were nice and made me feel relaxed. I got a job offer but turned it down because I had another offer that was a better fit for my skills.

Got an email after applying for the GSOC Supervisor role and then a recruiter call. It was a bit rough with communication, I had to reach out again after not hearing back for a few days. They apologized and scheduled a call. The interviewer's camera was blurry and they seemed disheveled, and my camera also had issues initially. It felt off when they described the role, and I was told explicitly I wouldn't be writing intelligence reports, which was a bit disorienting since I thought that was part of it. I continued to hear them out, but in the end, they ghosted me.

The overall experience was poor. The company struggles with communication and doesn't respect candidates' time. I went through 2 interviews, a research brief assignment, an online psychometric test, and then a presentation. After all that, I waited three weeks to hear from the hiring manager, only to receive a generic rejection email. The entire process spanned about 7 weeks. While I understand the current job market favors employers and they need to find the best candidate, it seems companies like Sibylline also feel entitled to waste people's time and effort. It was a very bad experience, and if this is how they treat applicants, I can't imagine their employee treatment.
