Behavioral Technical Case

The HR interview was standard with some English questions, but the person was very direct, which is typical of these processes. The manager interview was uninteresting; they didn't even bother to learn about the candidate's background. There was only a use case, and I was asked to answer directly without any live preparation. The manager was neither approachable nor honest; transparency is expected in interviews.

Behavioral Case Presentation

This company has a 4-step recruitment process. First, there's an HR qualification call which lasts 30 minutes. Then, you'll have an interview with someone of the same level, followed by a case study where you get 10 minutes to prepare and then present it. After that, you'll interview with a Senior Manager, and finally, you'll meet with the BU head. It's a pretty standard and well-defined process that requires good preparation for each stage. The processes are siloed by BU; if you don't match for one BU, they don't proactively redirect you to another. It's very compartmentalized.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process had three parts: first, a phone screening, then two interview sessions with the firm's partners. Hessed from HR was amazing, super professional and explained the whole process. What was great was how fast everything happened, and Hessed always kept me updated. This was different from other places where recruiters would just disappear. She was responsive and kept me in the loop about salary negotiations. About a week after the phone screening, the first interviews were set up, and then I met another senior partner. It was a really streamlined recruitment process.
