Behavioral Case Technical

It was a smooth process with 3 interviews. First with a Junior consultant, then the Manager, and finally the Associate Partner. A short case study was done during the second interview. The Junior consultant and Manager were friendly and professional, had strong communication and were accessible. The interviews were interesting. However, the Associate Partner seemed distracted, cut the interview short, and was unprofessional with communication, confirming the interview only 5 minutes before it was scheduled.

Behavioral Case Technical

This interview process took about 4 weeks and had 4 rounds. It started with a behavioral phone call, followed by two very atypical tech-focused case interviews. The final round was a more behavioral interview with a partner. The interviewers were very smart and accomplished. The cases were interesting and similar in structure to Bain interviews, where there wasn't much input from the interviewer and it was very interviewee-led.
