Coding

Very unprofessional. The interview process involved an HR screen, followed by a hiring manager interview, then a live coding interview, and finally a management interview. They extended an offer, discussed the package, and set a start date, only to rescind the offer a few days later due to budget issues with minimal explanation.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The process has 3 stages: an HR interview (standard questions), an easy data case interview (not very technical), and a director interview where you need to be solid on what you want and research, and structure your answers well. Responsiveness and flexibility for the interviews. They give feedback after each interview, which is nice.
