This interview process stood out in what is currently an awful job market. First 2 rounds were within a week of each other and then 2 months of radio silence. They then reached out for the Partner round but then had to reschedule 3 times. By the time I got to the interview, the Partner didn't seem to know anything about my background. Second question in, she didn't like the kind of experience I had and I could tell I wasn't getting an offer. I decided to just try to enjoy the conversation but that was hard after she continued to discount my previous experience. All in all, they clearly don't communicate with each other on candidates.

The interview process started with an HR screening, and then there were 2 rounds. The first round involved a case study where I was given a business scenario and asked to create slides outlining my proposed solution. This scenario wasn't specific to a Business Analyst role. After that, Round 2 was a casual coffee chat with the Partner leading the practice. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an offer after Round 2. When I contacted the recruiters for feedback, I was ghosted without any explanation.
