Had a phone screen and the interviewer did a great job explaining the role and the company (you won't believe how many recruiters don't even do that). Didn't move forward because the pay is extremely low for the amount of work they want (10 hires a week), but overall a positive interview experience.

I applied online and heard back a week later by email to set up a phone screen. I had a phone chat with a recruiter and a week later had an onsite interview. At the onsite, I met with potential coworkers and my manager. They talked about my past experience, went over the job duties, and I got to ask questions. It was a chill process. The manager liked my feedback and said the team would be in touch by Monday. Then... nothing. I emailed the recruiter on Tuesday about a decision. No response. I emailed the manager too. Still nothing. I saw the job posted again on LinkedIn. Still, no word. It was super disappointing. I would have liked at least a rejection email or a note saying they were still looking. Ignoring candidates after an onsite is just rude.
