- Let's work through a case study.
Product Manager
I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, which went fine. After that, they invited me for a 4-hour onsite interview. The next day, the recruiter emailed about discussing next steps. I suggested times for the same day or the day after, but she didn't respond, and then someone else emailed saying she was out of office. On the third day, they scheduled a call to talk about 'next steps,' but it turned out they had decided not to proceed with my application. They could have just sent an email about it instead of making me waste my time. This situation affected my other job offer negotiations because of the confusion they caused.
- Can you analyze A/B testing results?
