The whole process was very professional. The recruiter was very friendly, super timely, and responded to all questions quickly. The marketing team they have there is obviously top-notch and the entire team seemed to really enjoy their jobs and working at the office. My interview was entirely over the phone and through Skype. It would have been really nice to have flown out and interviewed in person. I think I would have really loved working there. Their offer was very competitive, but to my surprised I got an ever better offer (without negotiating) from one of the Big Tech companies in the valley.

HR gave me a call for a phone screen first. After that, I was invited to the office for a series of in-person interviews with the 5 people I would be working with. Towards the end, HR called back and extended an offer. The in-person part wasn't tough, just really long, and it's always a challenge to stay engaged by the last person.

I sent in my application online and the whole process took about a week. The first interview was a phone call with the Director of Marketing. It was a really professional and direct conversation. He talked about his own experience, how the marketing team is set up, and what this job involves. Then, he asked me about my past work and skills, and we finished with some Q&A. About a week after that, the HR recruiter got in touch with me.
