Got contacted for an interview, I was supposed to meet with the manager and two reps, but I only met with one rep and the manager. I brought my resume and the interview schedule. The rep I met was professional and asked me 5 questions. I think the interview was going great until I met the manager. She seemed really unfriendly, no smile, no eye contact. That part was short, maybe 10 minutes. Felt like she already decided not to hire me right away, even though she asked "This position will move very quickly-when can you start?". Didn't hear back from them, even after emailing to ask about the job status. The job is now closed on JobVite. I wouldn't recommend this company, low pay and they mentioned possibly working 7 days a week during holidays.

The interview process involves three steps all on the same day. First, you'll take a computer-based test assessing your problem-solving skills with customer issues, mostly multiple choice with a few written responses, plus a typing speed and accuracy test. If you pass, you'll have a one-on-one interview. Afterward, they might have you take mock calls as two different customers, one with a general inquiry and another who is angry, using information from a double-sided paper. You'll also complete tax and agreement documents on a computer before finishing. Expect it to take longer than a typical interview.

First interview was a phone call, then if you pass that you go to their hiring agency and take a test on a computer. (Mine had a ton of glitches on the questions). You have to score an 80 or higher in order to go to the next interview which is an in person interview.
