Customer Service Representative
The interview process felt excessively long. I had to interview with four different managers before receiving a job offer. Following that, HR took two weeks to initiate the background check. Considering the goal of serving customers, the entire onboarding process for a new CSR feels too slow and clunky, taking approximately two months before a new CSR is ready to start.
- How would you handle a situation involving an angry customer?
Customer Service Representative
First, a phone screen that was pretty basic. Then, three interviews with two service Managers and the General Manager. We also did a ride along which was great to see what the job would be like. Finally, a background check with a drug screen.
- Tell me about a time you made a mistake that impacted a customer.
Customer Service Representative
The interview experience was quite unprofessional and left me feeling disappointed with the company. The interviewer wasn't dressed or acting professionally. My time felt wasted, especially since I thought the job was practically mine. However, it ended up working out for the best after meeting them.
- Can you tell me where you live?
