The interview experience was amazing. I felt like at every stage, the interviewer showed genuine interest in my career and me as a person. They didn't ask weird, unrelated questions to throw me off. The leaders were very intentional about what they're looking for and how they pictured me fitting in.

I applied online and was contacted a few days later. My interview was set for January. I had a phone screen with the hiring manager, and then the following week I interviewed with 2 Execs and a sales manager. This interview lasted about 90 minutes and was about discussing my resume and what I'm looking for in my next job. The final part of the interview, I met with the CEO for about 30 minutes. This was more of a chat than being led off my resume. It was easy to talk to everyone and they explained the next steps clearly.

The interview process started with a long (1 hour) recruiter call. After that, there was an aptitude test that was advertised as easy, but turned out to be quite challenging with 40 questions to complete in just 20 minutes, covering topics from math to other areas. This was followed by a brief 10-minute chat with the hiring manager, who was late and didn't apologize. The manager asked one standard question and then concluded the interview, stating it was just a quick introduction. Despite reaching out twice over several weeks, I was eventually informed they had chosen another candidate.
