I got a call from the store manager, and then I had interviews at the store with the owner and the manager. They asked me about 30 questions covering retail management and team building. They also asked about the Shoppers Optimum Card and how the points system works.

The interview itself was fine. The hiring person provided questions to candidate for a short presentation. However, the lack of response after the interview was the issue.
