It started with an HR phone call to check if I'm eligible to work and discuss expectations (in-person vs. hybrid). Then I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager and someone who is a peer to the role. Finally, there was a virtual case presentation with the hiring manager and two senior leaders.

Made it to the top 2 and had a final interview in-person. I was ghosted after that. This is unprofessional. SDM should be more respectful of the candidates who put a lot of time and energy in the recruitment process and contact them regardless of the decision.
