The interview process was very drawn out. It took nearly three months from my initial contact to when I was finally hired. Even after receiving a job offer, there was a six-week waiting period before I could actually start. I had to constantly follow up with the manager to get a confirmed start date, and this pattern of seeming disorganization continued in other areas during my employment. The manager came across as quite scattered.

It usually begins with a quick phone call where HR might inquire about your availability, any experience you have, and your reasons for applying. Following that, you might have one or more in-person or video interviews, typically with the store manager or a supervisor. Sometimes, they’ll include a role-playing part to see how you’d deal with customer issues. If you make it through the interviews, HR might ask for references or run a background check.

I dropped off my resume at the store and then got a call about two weeks later for an interview with a manager. The interview was pretty short, lasting only about 10 minutes, and it felt really easy. The questions were super straightforward, just the usual general behavioral questions you get in most interviews.
