I applied in person and got a call back. Then I had another interview with the Regional manager. Two days later, they called me and offered me the job. I had to go in and fill out some more tax paperwork.

I was called in for a group interview. When I got there for the interview, I arrived a bit early. They asked me some basic questions, and the interviewer was pretty chill. Then they sent an email saying they were moving forward with my application.

I applied and they got back to me via email in February. I interviewed in early March, but they hired someone else. It was weird they sent a letter to my home saying the position was filled instead of an email. Then in June, I saw the same job posting again. Apparently, this role is used for internal promotions, so it opens up when people advance. I reapplied with my existing resume and got another interview. The same Executive interviewed me again and seemed surprised to see me. She claimed she didn't realize it was me until she printed my resume that day. She then mentioned she had hired a more qualified candidate back in February. She also brought up a data entry position, suggesting I could move into HR later. It seemed odd to call me for an interview and then offer a lower role without asking questions first. She mentioned she'd send two people from her department for another interview. Two women interviewed me, asking questions based on my resume and had me fill out an application. A few days later, another letter arrived at my house stating they chose someone else. My time was wasted in that second interview. Even before that, seeing the warehouse staff smoking weed at 11 am in the parking lot indicated unprofessionalism.

Behavioral Technical

My interview experience was really strange and disorganized. It started with an email from HR asking if I could interview, but they didn't give any details about the format, who I'd meet, or anything. I had to ask all the questions, and they only gave one-word answers, which was super inefficient. When I got to the office, the receptionist had me fill out an application. While waiting, I heard her struggling to find the HR person I'd been emailing. Then, a guy showed up, introduced himself, and took me to a conference room. He wasn't HR. Another woman joined us, and she said she'd 'take over.' She didn't say what her job was until I asked. She didn't even have a business card at the end. During the interview, she was blunt about the job, its duties, and the company culture, mentioning that heated arguments and cursing were common. The questions were straightforward about my experience, nothing unusual, but the vibe was super awkward and robotic. Then came the bait and switch. She told me I was overqualified for the role I applied for and was a better fit for another position. When I asked if that role was open, she said it was already filled. This made me wonder why they even called me in. A week later, HR emailed asking me to come in for an interview with the VP of the department. I asked for a time, but didn't hear back until the day she originally suggested. Her email said, 'Sorry for the delayed response, the VP already filled the position last week.' It was very confusing and unprofessional. They also have a sister company in Commercial Real Estate.
