First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SHL Global.
Software Engineer
The interview process was good. It started with an online assessment, followed by a series of technical interviews. There were three technical interview stages. The first stage focused on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and puzzles. The second stage covered core Computer Science subjects. The third stage was about the projects listed on my resume.
- Can you implement an LRU cache scenario in a real-world context?
Software Engineer
The interview was set up well with a few steps. It started with a screening, then technical tests, a case study, and some behavioral questions. They kept me in the loop, and the interviewers were nice, which made it easy. The questions were about the job, and they let me know how I did after each part.
- Could you describe a difficult project you were involved in, detailing your approach and the final result?
Software Engineer
It was pretty chill, got asked basic questions and then had to go through my code and then they asked to make a few changes and implement some functionalities right there.
- Can you explain your code from the take-home assessment?
